—Hello,

I'm Morgan!

Let me be your coach…

I have been where you are: stressed, time-constrained, exhausted, overworked, and trying to juggle too many things. I know what it feels like to watch your health deteriorate, to feel your clothes stop fitting. I’ve used food for comfort when I was tired or emotional. I have been overly critical of myself and my body. I have been a busy person working two jobs, going to school, trying to get my workouts in and eat healthily, too overwhelmed to see a way forward. I have been there. I see you.

My bridge to better health came when I found my joyful movement in triathlon in 2007. I became a part of a community. I started making my health a priority. My body changed, felt more energized, and I made movement part of my daily life. I dove into the science of nutrition to better support my athletic performance.

Now I help others achieve weight loss success. After 13 years as a trained chef and 15 years as an avid triathlete, I have combined my passions with my desire to serve. My passion is helping busy, stressed humans struggling with their weight – sustainably lose weight, reduce stress, and thrive. I’m the founder of The FEED Method, my signature 90 day 1:1 Coaching program, a personalized approach to weight loss, stress management, and overall wellbeing specific to you, your needs, and your circumstances.

I see so many people struggling with keeping the weight off because they have run through fad diets and restrictive plans that don’t support their journey out in the real world after the program is over. Get out of the cycle and your lifelong diet membership! When you work with me, you learn to trust yourself to live a life that keeps the weight off without restriction and obsession.

The FEED Method

F - Find your JOYFUL movement.

I always said I would never be a teacher, but being the daughter of two academics, the drive to share my knowledge with others seems to be part of my DNA. I believe that movement is medicine and am passionate about helping people find movement that excites them. I have coached multiple friends in the ocean as they navigated open water swimming and guided others along their running journeys from 5Ks to marathons. I love showing newbie cyclists the ropes and helping them build-up their confidence out in the canyons. Developing my own confidence in the gym through weight lifting is such a powerful ongoing journey for me. I am passionate about helping you find your JOYFUL movement because I found mine in triathlon, which shifted my perspective and changed my life.

E - Eat REAL food.

I believe in eating REAL food. I am a full-on foodie. Searching for the next best vegan restaurant is a regular hobby of mine. I love food, and I know you do too. I want you to be able to enjoy what you put in your mouth. As a former chef, in the food industry for 13 years, I have a slew of cooking techniques and meal prep skills I can pass on to you. I embrace moderation; I don’t believe in fad diets or restrictive meal plans. Developing Appetite Awareness is vital.

E - Establish Routines & Systems and Elevate your Environment.

I believe in the power of habit and establishing routines over forced willpower. As a virgo, I am all about planning for success. Making lists and prioritizing is my jam. I will hold you accountable to the plan, helping you implement systems and routines that work for you. Together we will elevate your environment to support your new goals.

D- Develop Self-Trust

I understand the value of self-care practices, prioritizing journaling, reading, and meditating. I am constantly doing the work to reduce stress, create boundaries, and calm my mind. I have developed self-trust and learned self-compassion, two strengths that have been key to supporting myself on my journey toward optimal health. Let’s get you started on the road to self-trust!
