How it works...

This is an online 1:1 coaching program where we meet once a week via zoom. We assess where you are at and establish your goals. Then together we dial in your lifestyle habits focusing on movement, food, establishing routines, and elevating your environment. I break everything down into manageable steps, so you won’t get overwhelmed or feel like you aren’t making progress. We create habits you can depend on and develop your level of self-trust so you can handle any obstacle life throws at you. You will have the opportunity to give me feedback along the way to ensure that I am serving and supporting you in the best way possible.

 

Who it’s for…

  • You are done with being overweight, want to fit into your clothes, get a good night’s sleep, and finally have the energy to get through the day.
  • You are done making excuses and are ready to put in consistent effort. Yes, this is going to be tough! There will be a point where you’re going to want to check out. The benefit of 1:1 coaching is that we meet each week, and I am here to guide you, empower you, and hold you accountable to your goals.

About me...

My personal philosophy, as the founder of The FEED Method, starts with feeding your body, mind, and soul. In my coaching, we focus on finding your joyful movement, eating real food you love, establishing routines and systems that elevate your environment, and lastly developing self-trust. Together we work to overcome the obstacles and challenges that have been standing in the way of your weight loss. Our goal is to successfully implement real habit change so that at the end of the program you feel confident that you can handle anything that comes up.

 

After 13 years as a trained chef and 15 years as an avid triathlete, I have combined my passions with my desire to serve. I see so many people struggling with keeping the weight off because they have been run through fad diets and restrictive plans that don’t support their journey out in the real world after the plan is over. Get out of the cycle and your lifelong diet membership! When you work with me you learn to trust yourself to live a life that keeps the weight off without restriction and obsession.
