This long-awaited episode is finally here! I have on special guest Kaitlyn Del Duca in this episode of Feed Your Health. She’s a certified fitness, nutrition, and fashion specialist.
Trigger warning – we talk about eating disorders and car accidents.
Kaitlyn shares what got her into coaching, briefing us on her struggles with her thyroid shutting down and destroying her metabolism. She talks about having not one but two car accidents that left her having to re-learn her entire body. We discuss what that was like and how it motivated her to want to help others.
We talk about the three components of her fabulous program – Renewed University – where she helps people overhaul their nutrition, fitness, and wardrobe to feel and look their best. We discuss everything from closet purges, color palates, and body shapes – to bras and the importance of feeling good in your clothes.
We also chatted about our passions for dancing – specifically raving and learning to make time for just sitting still. This episode was a delight to produce. We laughed, went on some tangents, and talked about different ways we feed our health.
