We all believe that achieving weight loss success requires a lot of discipline and willpower. Well, did you know that discipline is a skill? It is something that you have to practice at to improve. In this week’s episode of “Feed Your Health,” I talk about how to increase this skill. I explain how it is not the “perfect routine” that will lead us to success but rather the flexibility to roll with the punches that allow for progress. One of the key traits of someone with discipline is that they do the things that they say they are going to do more often than not. In this episode, I share how to do that and train yourself to do the hard work so that you can have that extra edge to help you reach your goals.
