I break it down into an actual list to show you the person who has already successfully achieved their weight loss transformation. What behaviors do they do? What is their mindset like? How do they show up? How do they handle challenges?
When you start to visualize this person, you can begin to embody some of the behaviors and mindsets of this person. The more you think about this person – the easier it will be for you to adopt this new identity. Everybody who wants to make a change, or go through a transformation, will have to take on a new identity. Use this episode to help you as you begin to think about what you want in the New Year.
