In this week’s episode of “Feed Your Health,” I have on the fabulous Dr. Karin Nordin – the founder and CEO of Body Brain Alliance with a Ph.D. in Health Behavior Change. In this episode, we discuss the different aspects of behavior change you can leverage when thinking about developing your New Year’s Resolutions and planning for your 2.0 Self.
We discuss some challenges many people struggle with – self-judgment, unrealistic expectations, perfectionism, and fear of failure. Dr. Karin shares tips and perspective shifts to help you navigate that journey. I share some personal experiences with learning to get uncomfortable when adopting new challenging behaviors. We talk about what sorts of behaviors or skills might be needed to get to that next level self. You’ll hear us talk about different ways you can reflect on your years and create your NY goals. This was such a great episode, and I was beyond thrilled to have Dr. Karin share her expertise on the podcast with all of my listeners.
