I am so excited about this episode. I have the fabulous Sabrina Gilbert on the podcast, and we talk about eating in moderation, understanding your relationship with food, and what balanced eating can actually look like. Sabrina is certified in Moderation365, and we discuss some of the foundations she works clients through on their transformational journeys. She shares her story of overindulging and getting sucked into the deprivation and indulgence scale, discussing how she found her way out. She now coaches clients on how to navigate this negative diet pattern and helps them learn to eat normally. This episode is full of tangible tools and strategies to help people eat foods they love without overdoing it – mastering mindfulness and moderation. We also talk about why starting NOW is the perfect time because you will never have a moment in your life that isn’t busy. Sabrina and I share a sweet tooth and have learned ways to keep ourselves satisfied without ever feeling deprived. I am extra excited for this episode, not only because Sabrina is very well versed in what she is talking about but because I’m soon to be certified in Mod365 🤞and talking with her affirmed my appreciation for the methodology.
