Dieting is NOT the solution to your weight loss challenge. I clarify how making little shits that move you toward mindfulness, and awareness allows you to learn to eat in moderation. Eating in moderation will enable you to navigate the middle between stuffed and starving and is the best solution for sustainable weightless. I share my personal experience navigating hunger and how awareness of my needs has changed my relationship with food. I now trust myself to go to the grocery store hungry and come out without purchasing the entire snack aisle!
